DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Bishop-elect Daniel Felton will be ordained Thursday as the tenth Bishop of the Duluth Diocese.
The ordination and installation Mass will be held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary at 11 a-m.
Attendance at the event is limited and masks are optional.
