DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The Minnesota Public Utilities Commission has green lighted a plan by Minnesota Power to expand their electric vehicle (E-V) charging network in the area.
The company will install 16 fast charging stations in northern Minnesota as part of their vision for a carbon-free future by the year 2050.
Locations of the new chargers include Duluth, Cloquet, International Falls, Hermantown, Eveleth and Floodwood.

Minnesota Power is also co-hosting an Electric Vehicle Car Show Saturday at the Frost River parking lot from 1 to 5 p-m. A variety of electric vehicles will be on display at the event.
