DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The City of Duluth’s Snow Removal Assistance Program is now taking applications.
The City relies on volunteers to provide snow removal assistance for those in need through the snow season.
To be eligible for assistance, individuals need to be over 80, have a disability and no other resources such as neighbors or relatives to provide the service.
The volunteers are asked to clear snow allowing residents to get in and out of their homes and to receive deliveries.
