DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The St. Louis County Board on Tuesday selected Commissioner Keith Nelson as Board Chair and Annie Harala as Vice Chair for 2024.
Nelson represents the 6th District and has been a commissioner since 2003. Harala joined the board as 1st District Commisssioner in 2023.
Nelson says he wants to bring back the “Chair’s Initiative” and invites fellow board members and other officials to bring forward at meetings through the year an unsung hero that has improved lives and communities within the county.
Again this year, at least on meeting a month will be held in a location outside the County Seat of Duluth.
All the meetings will be live streamed at locations that are equipped with the technology to do so.
