HIBBING, MN (KDAL) – Following a traffic stop on Friday and a search warrant for the vehicle, the Lake Superior Violent Offender Task Force and Hibbing Police arrested a 48 year old Hibbing man.
The vehicle search turned up 28 grams of cocaine and a search warrant was then issued for his residence.
Another 14 grams of cocaine, over 500 schedule 2 and schedule 4 narcotics and a stolen handgun were recovered in that search.
On Tuesday, Michael Fitzpatrick was arraigned in St. Louis County Court on 1st degree sale of cocaine and 1st degree sale of Adderall.
