SAO PAULO, March 30 (Reuters) – Brazil’s President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and Senator Flavio Bolsonaro are seen tied in a simulated run-off for this year’s presidential election, a BTG Pactual/Nexus poll showed on Monday.
