DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – A 54 year old man was arrested Wednesday by members of the Lake Superior Violent Offender Task Force as he was observed selling drugs in a downtown Duluth alley.
Michael Clark was already on probation for felony domestic assault and possession of fentanyl and has now been jailed on pending charges of 2nd degree sale of fentanyl and 2nd degree sale of meth.
During a search, investigators located and seized 5.6 grams of fentanyl and 3.6 grams of methamphetamine that were packaged for sale.
