April 24 (Reuters) – Investment bank Lincoln International filed for an initial public offering in the United States on Friday.
The IPO market has heated up over the past few days as concerns over a protracted Middle East conflict eased, with several big issuers, including Madison Air Solutions, Arxis and X-Energy tapping public markets.
Founded in 1996, Lincoln International is an investment banking advisory firm focused on private capital markets.
Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are the joint lead book-running managers for the offering.
Lincoln International will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “LCLN”.
