DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Duluth Police have a suspect in custody following a shooting incident in the 4700 block of Otsego Street Monday night.
According to police, a party in the area got out of control and several people were told to leave. One of those told to leave was 20 year old Isaac Hugh Brenny who was witnessed shooting a firearm multiple times into the front of the house.
A 20 year old female, in the house, was struck in the arm and taken to a hospital with non life threatening injuries.
The suspect was taken into custody by the Carlton County Sheriff’s Department and has been lodged in the St. Louis County Jail.
Brenny faces charges of 2nd degree assault, reckless discharge of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
Duluth Police are continuing their investigation into the shooting.
