SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) – Beginning Tuesday, the vaccination clinic at the UWS Yellowjacket Union will be moving to a new location.
The COVID-19 community based vaccination clinic will move to the conference center of the Northwood Technical College in Superior, formerly WITC.
University of Wisconsin-Superior Chancellor Renee Wachter says more than 8 thousand vaccine doses were administered since the clinic opened on April 13th.
By moving to Northwood Tech, the clinic will be in a larger and more flexible space to continue serving the community.
Anyone 5 and over is eligible for the COVID vaccine and appointments can be scheduled through the Vaccine Registry at vaccinate.wi.gov/en-US/.
The clinic will be open from Tuesday through Friday from 11 a-m to 7 p-m and on Saturday from 11 a-m to 3 p-m.
It will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve and New Years Day.
