DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The annual event from Midwest Communications that pits area restaurants in a burger grilling competition has been canceled.
Grill Wars, held at Bayfront Festival Park each summer, has been growing in popularity and was attended by over 3 thousand people last year.
Like other Twin Ports events, Grill Wars could not be held this year due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Grill Wars brought in over 22 thousand dollars for the Boys and Girls Club of the Northland in 2019 and organizers expect it to be even bigger and better in 2021.
